Odbly aggregates business listings from public sources. We provide no warranty regarding accuracy or completeness. We have no affiliation with listed businesses. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

AI and Content
Users are explicitly notified when interacting with AI systems. All AI-generated content is clearly labeled. Users are responsible for any AI-generated content they submit to our platform, ensuring it complies with legal standards.

Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, subject to mandatory statutory liability. No additional charges apply for telephone customer support.

Withdrawal and Cancellation
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A prominent 'Withdrawal' button is available on the website. The electronic cancellation page is strictly limited to the cancellation process without distracting marketing content. Upon cancellation, you will receive a durable confirmation. Requests for correction or removal of listings should be sent to mail@press-sensation.de.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the operator's country.
