Purpose and Legal Basis
We process data for the following purposes: Hosting (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); contact requests (performance of contract or legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR); and analytics/non-essential cookies (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not use AI for emotion recognition or biometric categorization.

Directory Data
We process business listing data, which may include personal data of sole traders or named contacts, sourced from publicly available business sources. This is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in maintaining a business directory. You may object to this processing or request rectification/erasure via mail@press-sensation.de.

AI Transparency
We use AI systems for recommendation engines and content curation. You are informed at the point of interaction when engaging with AI-driven features. AI-generated content is clearly labeled as artificial. Data is not anonymized if re-identification risks persist; such data is treated as pseudonymized.

Recipients and Rights
Data is processed by our hosting provider in the EU. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) or withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Data Act and Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary. Regarding connected products, users have rights to access and port data generated by such devices as per the Data Act.
